Sylvester celebrates harvest and the release of our Kiara Reserve Zin witha gourmet buffet extravaganza, put on by Italian Master Chef, Walter Fillipini. Featuring: Lobster Claws, Prime Rib, Jumbo Prawns, Karabuta Pork, Pates, Prosciutto di Parma, Pumpkin Gnocchi, Venison & polenta, homemade ravioli, balsamic caramelized chestnuts, cheese presented by the Cheese Store of Beverly Hills & Italian desserts. Vegetarian selections available.

$70/pp plus tax with wine or $60 for the FLOCK - Live Music.

Polar Express Reading
Sunday December 7, 2008, 4:30, 5:30, 6:30 & 7:30pm
ALL ABOARD for this evening of family Christmas fun! Join us aboard out vintage Pullman train cars for a charity reading of the classic Christmas story The Polar Express. Story will be read by authentic train conductor. Mr. & Mrs. Santa Claus will be on hand to hand out sleigh bells along with professional carolers.

Children $5, includes cookies and hot chocolate. Adults $15 includes wine and cheese. RSVP to the Tasting Room 805-227-4000 or info@sylvesterwinery.com.
